How do I find the right training for me?You can find the right training for you by first considering your needs and goals. What are you hoping to learn or achieve by taking a training? Once you know what you're looking for, visit our list of training courses to search for trainings that match your criteria. You can filter your search by topic, level, delivery method, and location.
What are the different types of training being offered?
How do I know if a training is right for my level of experience?Each training on the Academy web shop has a level of experience listed. This will give you an idea of the knowledge and skills you need to have in order to benefit from the training. If you're not sure what level of experience you have, you can reach and contact us for assistance.
What are the different delivery methods for training?
How can I find out more about a specific training?To find out more about a specific training, you can visit the TÜV Rheinland Academy website and click on the training's title. This will take you to a page with more information about the training, including the course syllabus.
Find the right training
How do I book a training?To book a training, you can visit our list of training courses and click on the "Book Training" button. This will take you to a page where you can enter your contact information and select the training you want to book, and after which you can choose your payment method.
What are the payment options?You can pay by invoice or by credit card. You will receive the invoice from us by e-mail after your booking. When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited directly from the specified card. We offer credit card payments in cooperation with the payment provider Adyen.
How do I make changes to my booking?If you need to make changes to your booking, you can contact us to assist you.
I need a custom outline of a particular or request for in-house training.You can visit the training page you’d like to request and click on “Request Training”. This will take you to a page which you will need to fill out so we can get back to you with your particular request.
Is a customer account required to book a seminar?Bookings as a guest are also possible. When you book as a registered customer, you gain access to previously booked or cancelled seminars, convenient storage and modification of your billing data, and the ability to save interesting seminars for later.
How do I create a customer account?You can register for an account or log in if you already have one at https://academy-id.tuv.com/customer/account/login. During the booking process, you will also have the option to register. Please keep in mind that your account will not be activated until you confirm the registration email.
Why have not I received an email confirming my registration?Check your spam folder first. If you have not received an e-mail, you can have it sent to you again when you register. To do so, go to https://academy-id.tuv.com/customer/account/login and enter your e-mail address and password and follow the prompts. If you have not received an email from us, please contact us.

- By Taxi or Rideshare Service: This is the easiest but might be the most expensive option. It takes approximately 1 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Just input "TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, Menara Karya Building" into the GPS.
- By Railink (KA Bandara Soekarno Hatta) and Transjakarta Bus: Take the Railink from the airport to BNI City Station, it usually takes around 50 minutes. From BNI City Station, walk approximately 450 meters to Tosari ICBC Busway station and take the Corridor 6 bus (Ragunan - Dukuh Atas 2) to Patra Kuningan. From there, walk approximately 140 meters to reach the Menara Karya Building. The total journey time will vary based on traffic, but usually, it takes around 2-3 hours.
From Gambir Station:
- By Taxi or Ride-hailing Service: The journey will take about 30-45 minutes depending on the traffic.
- By Transjakarta Bus: Walk to the Simpang Senen station and take the Corridor 6H bus (Senen – Lebak Bulus) to Patra Kuningan. From there, walk approximately 140 meters to reach the Menara Karya Building. The total journey time will vary based on traffic, but usually, it takes around 1-1.5 hours.
Please note that traffic conditions in Jakarta can vary greatly and can impact travel times significantly. It’s best to leave early. You can use applications like Google Maps or local ridesharing apps like Gojek or Grab to provide live traffic updates and more accurate travel times.
