- Completed Curriculum Vitae (Form is made available to you upon course registration.)
Recommended prior knowledge:
- Degree as OHSM ISO 45001 Professional / Expert / Representative (TÜV), Internal Auditor ISO 45001 (TÜV), FD127 ISO 45001:2018 Foundation (OHSMS) or a comparable degree from a training provider recognized by CQI IRCA and
- Good command of English language skills.
Pre-Assessment
Participants will need to complete a pre-course assessment questionnaire to gauge their understanding and readiness for the seminar.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, reserves the right to postpone and cancel public courses.
- Unless cancelled by TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, training fees are non-refundable.
- Participants with late cancellation (five days prior the training schedule) will not be refunded. Full amount of the training fee will be charged and invoiced.
- Transferability: If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your behalf. Please provide the name and title of the substitute delegate
