Requirements

The course duration is 5 days with a total of 40 hours.
Attendance will be documented by the provider with the signature of the participant.
Admission to the exam is granted with a minimum attendance of 95%.
Completed pre-assessment questionnaire & curriculum vitae (form is made available to you upon course registration)
Has attended ISO 45001:2018 awareness with training certificate or other proof (attendance sheet, etc.)

CANCELLATION POLICY

TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, reserves the right to postpone and cancel public courses.
Unless cancelled by TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, training fees are non-refundable.
Participants with late cancellation (five days prior the training schedule) will not be refunded. Full amount of the training fee will be charged and invoiced.
