KPI - Balanced Scorecard
Key Performance Indicator (KPI) course provides participants with the tools they need to identify and measure the most meaningful indicators of success in their organization. The balanced scorecard and other KPIs are discussed in this course as a means of performance management.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, reserves the right to postpone and cancel public courses.
- Unless cancelled by TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, training fees are non-refundable.
- Participants with late cancellation (five days prior the training schedule) will not be refunded. Full amount of the training fee will be charged and invoiced.
