To enroll in the course, participants need to demonstrate their knowledge of Quality Management Systems principles and concepts. The following requirements must be met for registration:

Curriculum Vitae (CV): Submit a detailed CV that highlights your relevant experience and educational background in Quality Management Systems. A form for the CV will be provided upon course registration.
Pre-Assessment Questionnaire: You must complete a questionnaire to assess your foundational knowledge. This will be made available upon registration and should be submitted at least one week prior to the course start date.
Course Duration and Attendance: The course runs for 5 days, totaling 40 hours. Attendance is tracked by the provider and requires the participant's signature.
Minimum Attendance Requirement: You must attend at least 95% of the course to be eligible for the exam.
Prerequisite Certification: Proof of attendance at an ISO 9001:2015 awareness course, supported by a training certificate or other acceptable evidence (e.g., attendance sheet), is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, reserves the right to postpone and cancel public courses.
Unless cancelled by TÜV Rheinland Indonesia, training fees are non-refundable.
Participants with late cancellation (five days prior the training schedule) will not be refunded. Full amount of the training fee will be charged and invoiced.
Transferability: If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your behalf. Please provide the name and title of the substitute delegate
